Connection to the sovereignty of the dancer inside and the medicine of the dancing body, heart and mind.
Connection to others through the beautiful Movement Medicine MESA practice
Connection to your own medicine circle and the power of the elemental teachers

Connection to the wisdom of the Ancestors
Connection to the unbroken joystream of life and the spirit of the Great Mystery.
You will create and craft your own Circles of Connection medicine map over the course of the workshop to clarify and bring to life your connections through the 5 Circles of Connection of the Movement Medicine Mandala.
We will have a Movement Medicine ceremony to deepen the power of connections with Self, Others, Community, Ancestors and Spirit.
Movement Medicine is a transformative practice that supports you to remember who you are and enliven your intentions and what really matters to you. Discover the freedom and joy of dance and connect with others to develop a healthier and clearer body, heart and mind. Everyone welcome, whatever your physical condition, age or dance experience.

Masculine and Feminine qualities are essential for each human to live a balanced and fulfilled life. This is not about gender, this is about qualities of Yin and Yang which are fundamental energies essential for life. In this workshop you will have an opportunity to:
- Develop the dynamic polarity between inner feminine and masculine energy and bring these energies into balance
- Become aware and learn to release some of the shadows and old stories around your inner masculin and feminin and your relationship with these two life forces through a Movement Medicine Alchemy of Healing process
- Recover your innocence and power as a creative being through the alignment of body, heart and mind

- Release old patterns, stuck emotions or core messages you believe about yourself that may have been holding you back from being more fully yourself and alive to what you have to offer in this life.Reclaim your own life energy or 'Gold of the Soul' that may be currently unavailable due to old patterns, beliefs or defences.Learn simple practices and ways to integrate this into your life so you can invite more soulful living in your day to day living.
- David is a School of Movement Medicine Faculty member and a fully qualified psychotherapist, he integrates these skills and his passion for shamanic pathways into his work in Ireland and extensively throughout Europe.
