Movement Medicine weekend workshop

The Inner Alchemist is a weekend dance workshop to explore the power of your own heart, the medicine of the dance and the alchemy of healing of Movement Medicine. David creates a very down to earth, safe and strong container where you can access your own creativity and innate capacity to self heal so you can embody and integrate new ways of being that are more resonant to the one you are. We will work with the maps of the body-heart-mind over the past-present-future to clear emotional blocks and sabotaging beliefs to clear the way to strengthen your capacity to be present and alivein your day to day life.
This workshop is an opportunity to explore your understudies and conflicting commitments that can sabotage your aliveness and sense of connection in your day to day life. Having harvested this important wisdom we will practice the Alchemy of Healing process to transform these patterns, you will take home a 20 minute version of the Alchemy of Healing process as a resource for your ongoing journey. David is a fully qualified and practicing psychotherapist, he integrates these skills and his passion for shamanic pathways into his work as a qualified Movement Medicine Teacher in Ireland and throughout Europe. He follows the Lakota Redpath. He teaches Movement Medicine, as a contemporary map to explore what it means to be alive in these times and how to transform patterns and wounds into opportunities for growth so we can give all that we can in this lifetime.
