For centuries, people have recognized the power in aligning with the annual phases of the Sun by honoring Equinoxes and Solstices. Dance into Movement Medicine Soul Vision Equinox ceremony for soulful healing, dreaming and creating in the garden of your life.

Movement Medicine is a dance practice that will reconnect you to the wisdom of living from your heart, will deepen your connection to true self, your creativity and your integrity as well as enliven your relationship with life on all levels. It has roots in indigenous shamanic wisdom as well as the latest neuroscience and therapeutic perspectives.

The deeper we dance, the more we directly experience the reality of the interconnected nature of all life. We dance in ceremony to nourish our souls in a community sacred space for being, dreaming, visioning and healing.
