“The Embodiment classes offer a space in which I feel free to be who I am and to move the way I feel. I love the presence and acceptance that I find in the practice, and the fact that it is a new experience each time.

— Hubert Servingant

“‘’Embodiment has become a big part of my life and I am so grateful I can exercise my passion and freedom weekly and be free to be fully myself. I have found a way to be with my restless mind.’’

— Sophie Reiu

These are ongoing weekly 2-hour drop in classes in Movement Medicine open to everyone with no commitment necessary, you can simply just show up! There are no prerequisites and you are very welcome in whatever condition and circumstances you are in your life. The classes offer a space to open into embodied movement with clear facilitation and guidance to encourage you into the dance in a welcoming, non judgmental, non competitive environment. The music supports this invitation to invite yourself into presence, encourage your own unique dance and take time and space to connect with body, heart and mind.

“It’s such a relief to find a place where I can dance off stress and also connect with other people every week, there’s a great sense of togetherness in the dance, while you’re free to do your own thing

— John Cunningham
