This is a Movement Medicine workshop and ceremony for dancing, dreaming and creating visions for the year ahead.
Give attention to what you love, dream and wish to create for your life. This is a time bring energy and dance to the dreaming of our hearts so we can plant seeds of intention for your life. We will have a Heart Dreaming and Creating ceremony to resource and inspire. During which you will:
Create your own unique vision board with dreams and
intentions for the open road ahead
Make a Vision Bundle as a creative way to focus your intentionsfor the year ahead
Plant heart dream seeds at the beginning of the year to support your intentions
PRACTICALITIES:
Schedule: Friday 7pm-9.30pm I Saturday 11am-6pm I Sunday 10 am - 5.30 pm
Cost: €130 -Friday + weekend / Friday only 15€
